From my eyes…

I know I’ve had a ridiculous amount of posts about my cat recently. I’m sorry, but really….you just have to see this. Maybe it will shed some light as to why I’m so in love with him.

He finally got the gist of it Hehehehe.

2006 was a year full of firsts for me and 2007 started out just the same. On January 2nd, Mike and I went with his parents to a Bulls game. It was not my first NBA game, but it was my first Bulls game. It was fun. The United Center is set up well and we had great seats. We were in the 200 level, the first balcony, and right up on the edge. It wasn’t quite the same as the Blackhawks game we went to earlier in December when we sat right smack dab against the glass, but it was still wonderful. I’ve now been to all professional sports here in Chicago except for arena football (which Mike’s parents have season tickets to, so I’m sure I will be there next season at some point). An added bonus for me was that I found out during the car ride the Bulls were going to play the Phoenix Suns. That made it that much mroe special. And I saw Dan Majerle doing his commentating! We even made the Bulls webpage I didn’t get any pictures for myself at that game, but I did snap some during our last visit for the hockey game.

Here are a few shots to attempt to show the closeness of the game when sitting on the glass at a pro hockey game.

The puck smacked into the glass here and left this mark. The sound in unbelievable!

This is probably one of my favorite pictures ever. I was trying to get a shot of the guys smashing each other into the glass. By the time the camera took the picture the players were long gone. Weird, huh?

So I know that most people think their own kids and their own pets are the most adorable in the world, but c’mon you can’t deny that MINE is just a touch cuter than yours I mean, I know you probably love yours a little more, but just look at him!

Seriously though, he was sitting on my lap and when I got up to get something I slid him off and he stayed here for a while longer (like 20 minutes). And when I sat back down he didn’t move. Just squished in between me and the couch. Under the blanket and all. Hehehe.
